End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you (the "Licensee") and Jonathan Blank & Tobias Lunkwitz GbR, operating as WaveAtmos ("Licensor", "WaveAtmos", "we", or "us").

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any digital products, templates, presets, or vocal chains from WaveAtmos (the "Products"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, WaveAtmos grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and perpetual single-user license to use the downloaded Products.

  • Device Limit: You are permitted to install and use the Products on up to three (3) personal computers or devices concurrently, provided that you are the sole user of all three devices.

  • This license is granted strictly to the original purchaser and cannot be sold, loaned, rented, or transferred to any other person or entity.

2. Permitted Use (Royalty-Free)

All WaveAtmos Products are 100% royalty-free. You are fully authorized to use the chains, templates, and presets to create your own original musical compositions and sound recordings.

  • You may use the Products for commercial and non-commercial purposes, including but not limited to releasing music on streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.), physical formats, beat leasing, and sync placements (film, TV, video games).

  • You are not required to provide any producer credit or attribution to WaveAtmos for music created using our Products.

  • You keep 100% of your royalties and publishing.

3. Prohibited Use

To protect our intellectual property and the integrity of the WaveAtmos brand, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Resale & Sharing: You may not resell, share, trade, lend, or pirate the Products.

  • Repackaging: You may not isolate the presets, chains, or macros and repackage them as part of another sample pack, preset bank, template, or digital product for distribution or sale.

  • Network & Studio Use: You may not place the Products on a network server or shared drive where they could be accessed by multiple users simultaneously.

4. Intellectual Property and Copyright

This Agreement is a license to use the Products, not a transfer of ownership. WaveAtmos (Jonathan Blank & Tobias Lunkwitz GbR) retains all intellectual property rights, copyrights, and ownership of the underlying templates, routing structures, and preset configurations.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Products are provided "as is" and without any warranties, express or implied. WaveAtmos is not responsible for any issues arising from software updates, DAW incompatibilities, or system crashes. In no event shall WaveAtmos be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Products.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any legal disputes arising from this Agreement shall be settled in the competent courts of Germany.

7. Termination Upon Refund

If you choose to exercise your 14-day right of withdrawal (refund) as outlined in our Refund Policy, this License Agreement is automatically and immediately terminated. Upon termination, you must permanently destroy and delete all copies of the WaveAtmos Products from your computers, hard drives, and any other storage devices. Any further use of the Products, whether commercial or non-commercial, after a refund has been issued is a direct violation of our intellectual property rights and strictly prohibited.
